It may be slightly fixable with a new retainer but if you want more movement, you’ll need Invisalign. Worth getting a consult but I can’t imagine you’d need to wear them for long.
I'm actually in the same spot as you... how long ago did you have braces?
Got them off Fall 2018, retainer up until March 2020

Look into SmileDirect or Candid. So much cheaper, and you don't have to be at the ortho all the time.
Scheduled an appointment and they think a retainer w/ bubble (for adjustments) could work. My teeth have shifted a decent amount in last year, if they ask how long so I say a year or a few months?
Why can't they figure out a technique to permanently realign teeth

We do too much with our mouths and jaws lol. My tongue resting on my teeth was enough for them to move.
I lost my last Invisalign tray and so much shifting 😞😞😞 over 3 years have passed, so I expect to “start over” to some extent. My ortho definitely doesn’t have the same files anymore either. I might do SmileDirect because I still feel unsafe going into an open-mouth situation during Covid.

I personally love SDC, and have had great results with it. All the at home companies do have active sub-reddits, so check those out for other reviews.
Same thing happened to me , my teeth shifted back in a matter of 6 months. Paid $2500 in Invisalign to put it back. Found a Groupon and went with the cheapest dentist I could find Bc my situation was not a very complex procedure.
Insurance didn’t cover.
