What’s the worst investment you’ve ever made? How much did you lose?

Our first miscarriage at 6 weeks and we are overwhelmed by grief. I don’t know how we’re to go through each day now, knowing we have lost our little one. I’m not sure how we’re supposed to try again. There is no way I can go through this loss a second time. I’m not as strong as you all on this channel, you keep trying. I’m in awe.

Am I crazy for hating giving negative feedback/reviews more than working busy season hours? Probably.

Hi Everyone! Can someone from Assurance domain let me known the CTC for every stage starting from Staff 1 till Manager. I joined EY GDS last year with 3.3 CTC and now for Staff 2 I'm getting 3.9 CTC.

I work at a small tech startup and recently hit my 9 month mark. I love my coworkers but I’m considering quitting without another job lined up bc my the verbal abuse from my CEO has been so bad (even though being financially insecure scares the shit out of me). AAPL - likely getting assigned on my 150p today, with it trading around 146 this morning. B/e 147. Would you (1) take the assignment and sell covered calls to drop the cost basis further, keeping in mind its AAPL so I don’t mind holding long term, or (2) roll out the puts by 1 month and drop the strike price from 150 down to 145 for an even exchange?

Hey 🐠 I know this isn’t directly related to options but somewhat related? If I’m invested in 3 different cryptocurrencies with varying amounts, and I sell all of them for varying profits all within 1 year, will short term cap gains taxed % be applied lump sum on my overall gains of the 3 cryptos combined, or will I be taxed on the profit amount of each crypto sold independently? I guess same would go for stocks. Thx

Are there options trading coaches or mentors? I’ve done well in stocks trading, have basic knowledge of derivatives from the BComm in Finance and various books/online resources.
But I feel like I’m really lost in the actual practical aspect of options trading and would love to learn directly from someone who’s experienced and successful in it. Preferably someone who’s smart about risk-minimizing strategies.

Can someone explain UVXY to me? I know it went through a reverse 10:1. Example if I had 15 UVXY, do I only get one? Second, I am not able to understand how come I am down 80% on it. Thank you in advance.
