Can you please let me know if TCS can revise the offer that they gave me
They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
Can i get some help what I need to do in order for tcs to revise the offer or should I go for Kluwer
In TCS I’ll be more on implementation side in Pingfed but in Kluwer it is full support

I posted something similar but I am really having a hard time with this management thing. This is my first experience managing a team and I feel like I am failing at it. I have a small team and it seems like nothing I do is the right thing. I have joined a new organisation as senior software engineer, later i found out that i have the lesser YOE among all my peers and juniors. The one who are there at the same designation had 3-4 years more exp than me.
This made me little bit uncomfortable in the project. Like what if i am not able to perform at the same level as other.
How to deal with this sort of anxiety ?

My boyfriend and I both work from home. His loud tone of voice is driving me nuts. He is an entrepreneur and gets in intense calls daily as he is trying to get his business off the ground. I cannot concentrate on my work because l always hear him raising his voice in the room next door and it stresses me, as I am a sensitive person.
I have raised this various times over the past 2 years but he fails to adjust. I’m inclined to leave the relationship because of this. Any tips? Am I overreacting?

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ?? The second one permanent work from home and comparatively bigger product company. Personally i am very much confused and stuck actually.
