At HHI at 300k/yr, after taxes left at 210k.
Savings: 100k/year.

Houses are getting sold at 1M plus+

Suggestions- I have an average 60-70 caseload doing civil insurance defense. I was just informed that I can no longer work OT as I should be able to utilize the staff we have for overflow. Problem is they keep hiring people who have no experience. I spend my days redoing assignments when I’m not training and retraining.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a commercial lines only and workers comp only license? I am licensed in life, accident and health currently and I work in group benefits. I would like to add the commercial lines and or Worker’s Comp. to my repertoire, and I do not wish to take the P&C licensing test.

I'm currently working at a multinational bank as a data scientist with a salary of 27 LPA (all fixed).

Getting another offer from AXA XL insurance company and they are offering 33.5 LPA fixed plus 7 LPA variable (total CTC: 41.5 LPA). But this is a data engineering role.

Is it worth accepting or should keep trying for a better role and company?
