I have offer from EA with 120 % hike + Some stocks. My Current org Sapient willing to retain me with 50% hike and a possible UK onsite opportunity but not confirmed. I have a jist in my heart for travel but Leadership is using might/possible words. And they have to move me to other project if they have to send me to UK. what would be the wise decision in this case staying back or switching to EA ? could you please suggest.

Probably a dumb question, but where can I exit to where I do as little work as possible and still make 100k?

Note of caution. Monday morning travel doesn't mix well with a client site team who are all morning people. I'm on my third cup of coffee and I still can't catch up with these people.

I have been seeing a lot of discussions/ questions about the bad WLB at Deloitte among folks. Guys, Deloitte is a highly reputed firm that is known for the quality of work. They charge heavily to clients. (Almost 5-6 times hourly rate than a typical IT firm). Naturally, the clients want to get the work done ASAP with quality. Hence there is a massive amount of work pressure on the management and the resources. Deloitte compensates their resources really well along with providing a lot of Perks.

My firm is being acquired by big D. They offered me Analyst(I'm 1.5 YOE) with the same TC as my current role. Was able to negotiate up to Consultant role and 15% more TC(now 90K). Since then I've interviewed with a few other firms which have offered north of 110k which I passed up due to firm reputation. But now Accenture is offering Consultant and 115K, and they are said to be the top player in my field along with D(oracle consulting). What do you guys think I should be considering here?
