I interviewed at a company for a remote role with a great company culture today and got to the part discussing salary. I was shocked. 69k base/105 OTE for an account manager position. The base is 1/2 of what I currently make and OTE is like 50k less. 😱 Has anyone else noticed companies with fantastic culture also have super low pay? It’s so disappointing!!

Have been in my role for about a year & am pretty ok. Unfortunately I am overworked & underpaid. I just found out I will be spending the summer studying to get licensed which I wasn’t aware about when I took this role.
Idk how I feel about spending my entire summer studying on top of already working until 7-8pm every night & at times not even taking a lunch break. The team & company are not toxic and that’s a first for me. Should I look at new jobs even though I’m scared to leave or just stay

I had an interview this morning and the hiring manager told me they had a hard stop at a certain time, but the interview went over that time by a couple minutes and they kept asking me if they could answer any other questions. How good of a sign is this or does it not mean anything?

Total experience of 5 years. I started working with Accenture from last six months. However I applied an IJP transfer into a different deal in same level my package is 4.65 lpa and the team in which I am moving, the minimum budget for an associate is 9lpa. Am I eligible for hike? Can I ask for hike? If yes, then how much descent hike I can ask for. If no, then I will be not eligible for my next hike as I am changing the team, till 1 year there will be no changes in my package.
