1 Polish złoty ~= ₹18.7, so you do the math. Other factors to be considered Standard of living, how much do you save? If you're really not that much into money, I say go to Poland, you can't put a price tag on foreign exposure and it's totally worth it. If you don't like it there, you can always come back home and get another job anytime.

I think mindtree is your existing salary and Luxoft is what you got the offer in Poland. 42LPA for Poland is way less than standard. Even in India people used to get 40 LPA as base for 8+ YOE. Evaluate the offer not just in monetary terms but from wlb and kind of work you gonna get and then join.

No comparisons, it will Obviously be mindtree bangalore.

Is 18Lpa ur current CTC? 😏

What's your tech stack?

I feel it totally depends on your intrest wether you are interested in working abroad or here. Nevertheless having onsite experience in your profile would always help.

In terms of expenses,
An average family of 4 people it would cost between 5-8k (Poland currency)per month.
So 45LPA is very less.
I would prefer Mindtree over the other offer.

However, if you are interested in going on-site, I would say Mindtree does have many onsite opportunities and you can probably set the expectation to the team before you join. Depending on the project, If things go well you can travel in 2 years.

I recently started a new sales position, and I know I’m making a lower commission rate than my male counterparts. Could be that I’m new, and they decided to lower it and not because I’m a female. My direct manager is trying to adjust it because we were both told 1% and when my commission started I was at .8%. Any advice would help, I never signed anything that had a commission rate on it. But I’m pretty sure our base as a company has always been 1%.
