Party from TCSers?
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Where in the city would be good?

We’re going full circle, just take a regular cab
Oops they don't exist anymore
There was this article basically arguing that for the past 10 years upper middle class / millenials were living a subsidizied life of convenience (subsidized by tech companies' losses. Cf. Uber, airbnb, etc.). With those companies needing to turn a profit eventually, the prices are bound to go up.
Same with DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.

Yep. That’s why public transit is a saving grace in big cities. (I live in Chicago and my usage of public transit and alternatives like divvy has increased a lot since the cab rates have gone up)
I live in Chicago, too. I would not risk it to take public transit these days.
Rising Star
And most of that doesn’t even go to the drivers
They were cheaper for a while now they’re capitalizing on people getting too used to them and regular cabs are much cheaper
And they’re not even profitable as a business
So don't take them. They are a luxury.
