Hi Fishes, Has anyone asked for a new offer from DUSI recently(for Consulting business lines)? Since a lot of people joining before March were being told by the HRs that "if u join before 1 march then you'll be eligible for appraisals in june 2022". After reading some recents posts I got to know that performance evaluation cuttoff dates were in Jan and I dont think that I'll get even an avg appraisal this year. Should I ask for an higher ctc cuz I'll not be getting appraisal this year? 😭😭

Is it worth sticking it out to senior if I’m not interested in tax long term? I could get an offer for a 25 percent raise in industry at any given moment but keep telling myself to stay until a busy season or two is under my belt as a senior.
