I'm currently working as an intern at a foreign Food and Beverage distributor. Their system is outdated; it needs a complete redesign. All processes are done manually, there is no inventory count, countless mistakes etc.

I got offered Operations Manager to take on this big project.

Due to the location, similar salaries and the lack of local workforce, I was hoping for 5-7k pm.

Dad's a little guidance please. We bought a Chicco car seat with base and a stroller that accepts the car seat. . I've been reading that other brands (e.g Britax, MaxiC) do not have a base and remain in the car. So how to Britax car seat parents move/carry their infants around? Remove from the car seat and hand carry or prop into stroller?
Currently, I put the baby into the car seat and he stays in it and is carried around in it. Trying to understand the process if I were to buy a Britax.

Recently had some recruiters reach out to me about copywriter roles. I’m still pretty new to the industry, 2 yrs in, but I figured I’ll ask for a bit higher than what I’m used to. Soooo I asked for 70k. Then talked to a couple people who said that was too high for an intermediate. So my question is, should I be asking for less? I don’t want to switch jobs unless I get an adequate bump in my salary, but also don’t wanna reach too high and get passed over for someone else. Thoughts? 😫
