Got an offer for base 100k with target 20% bonus at a boutique consulting firm. This would be a 30% raise from what I have but would be a lateral move. I'm up for promotion this year (very likely to get it) and wondering if I should stick it out until Oct. and leave after a promotion for a higher salary or consider this offer since promotions aren't guaranteed.

I have an offer to join McKinsey as an associate, currently same rank at a T2. Only issue is McK doesn’t sponsor MBAs for Associates whereas my current firm does. Should I take the offer?
