Have an upcoming interview for Tech strategy consultant with Deloitte as an EH. Recruiter mentioned 1 case and 2 behavioral interviews. Really appreciate if someone can share their experience and also touch on the following -
1) Case - will this be tech focused or random case interview? Is it similar to McK interview?

2) Behavioral - Typically how many questions per interview? Do they Grill and ask lot of followups? Appreciate a couple of examples

Leaving firm for rival firm. How should I put in my notice?

1. If I put in my notice and say I'm going to a rival firm, I will likely be let go on the spot and not paid out for the holidays.
2. If I put in my notice without saying where I'm going, they will likely work me up until the holidays (no pay for holidays).
3. Or I just wait until the end of the holiday break and do option 1 and get the holiday payout?

At this point I already feel like I'm burning bridges by leaving in mid-December.
