This feels like a low offer: Sr Software Engineer Base: $125k. Stock: $50k/4 years. Bonus 0-20%. I have 6 YOE.

First off - I am extremely new to this type of professional networking and it seems to me that more than 85% of the posts are about compensation, career etc….
