I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?

Advice for dealing with a difficult manager? I think I'm doing really well in my role and I get on really well with clients. But my manager always finds something to berate me for and it's wearing me down. Work is becoming my living nightmare and my mental health is down the drain. Not sure how to handle it.
Found out I’m making $20k less than someone in same role (share similar experiences and both started over a year ago). Brought this up to my manager who encouraged me to talk to her manager (VP of department) if I felt comfortable. Scheduled a meeting with the VP, brought my facts, and politely asked if I could have a raise. She obliterated me. Said it was disrespectful to come to her and ask such a thing, unacceptable to be talking about salary with others, etc.

What do you wish design students would learn in school to ease the transition into needs of business? I have seen an increasing need for more education/inclusion/overlap into other areas of business that depend on design teams so they understand what goes into the process. As well as design teams into the other business teams. This would alleviate tensions and improve quality product delivery due to the major miscommunications that occur so frequently.
3rd job rejection after I thought it went really well. I had really great interviews & good feedback on my portfolio. When I ask why I didn’t get the position the answer I keep getting is “decided to go with someone with more experience”. Which is so frustrating, bc it’s just not as constructive as I’d like. Hey! Has anyone else noticed how Facebook and a Instagram have updated the way we can boost posts? Before I would go into meta on a desktop and boost my Facebook post and was able to have it directed to both Facebook and Instagram. Now it does not let me boost it to Instagram. Also, with Instagram I boosted also through Meta business suite on a desktop and didn’t have to choose any “goals” just boosted for engagement. Now my ONLY options are website visits, profile visits or to get more messages

At the company I work at we boost every Instagram and Facebook post that we make. My budget per month was $4000 for Q2. So our impressions look amazing. For Q3 they cut my budget to $2000. Impressions for august are already down 90% compared to other months. Without being able to get more in my budget (that is not an option) how can I get my impressions up each month? My boss won’t take a slashed budget as an excuse on why numbers are significantly lower.
Instagram has optimal times to post during the weekdays and weekends, and users can see these perfect times online (e.g. 2-4 pm) . However, I only caught that magical time once. I used Facebook business suite to schedule my posts for the best times to post, yet I had no luck. What do you recommend?

Welcome to marketing 🤣 I have 12 years marketing exp and 7 years SMM marketing exp. Experience outweighs certification IMO, BUT it’s not going to hurt you to get certifications with your level of experience. I would determine if you want to focus on organic or paid social. You’ll make more money in paid. But the most lucrative is having paid social experience PLUS display and google. Your skills will be highly sought after if you understand paid across the board.
@OP Sounds like the management is dictatorial and there is no way to improve the situation.
As for your original question about certs, I've only seen it make a difference in the hiring process once. Most people look at experience and results. You might be able to make something of this turd situation if you do a series of post-mortem analyses on these campaigns for your portfolio. It's not results, but it shows you know what went wrong and how to address it.
