What office? To echo BCG1’s point, I found making conversation on the way to the interview room a great icebreaker. I also showed up ~45 minutes earlier so I could chill out, look up my interviews, come up with some questions based off their backgrounds. And definitely articulate a why switching consulting firms motivation
