How do you stop other people’s moods from affecting your own? I am a first year and work closely with an associate two years older than me. I never know what I am going to get. She is either bubbly and wants to talk or help me learn, or she is hanging up the phone and giving me one word answers. It is starting to really affect my mood and I am constantly on edge.

Fishes 8.7 YOE now, Joined wipro 4 months back with 26.5+1lac JB. Skills business analytics. My current project does not follow agile processes at all, very relaxed client. However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Thats what i sense once i have 10 YOE, if i switch it would be 6th company, (2 years break due to MBA ofcourse)
