Lug with the other arm
I'm no MD, but are you sure it's just from lugging your suitcase or you just notice the pain after that? it doesn't seem like that would be stressful enough to cause it.
Er... go to the gym. If wheeling your luggage hurts your arm your body is clearly not equipped for life.
I have lately been similarly afflicted in my left elbow. It is exacerbated by instances where I have to squeeze the left fist to grab and hold things, but my luggage doesn’t seem to be a contributor. Exercise helps condition and has improved it, but I would just rest the arm in question. Also consider going to a doc and having it looked at. I know it’s tennis elbow, but I’m also freaked out it’s some kind of cancer bc Internet. 😐
You have to “lug” AWAYs? Hmm maybe they’re not worth it
It is a spinner
Should have got a Tumi
Rest and ice the arm for a week, use the other arm for awkward or heavy lifting. Then slowly build in some exercises and stretches to promote strength and mobility. Google tennis elbow for some ideas. As D2 stated it might be tennis elbow. Easily fixed through therapy but a bitch to get rid of if you don’t treat it right.
What kind of desk do you normally sit at? Do your elbows rest anywhere? If it does your Ulnar nerve may be the root of the pain.
Try rolling it out to loosen the muscles. Could just be having your arm in one position for a long time tightens up the muscles in your forearm. Bring a lacrosse ball with you and just mash it into your forearm and triceps.
