I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

I gave all the technical rounds at Walmart Global Tech Bangalore for Data Scientist position.
They gave the feedback after 1 week and said right now you don't fit.

I told them that my interview went great, I answered 80-90% of questions correctly and topics which I didn't know and I told interviewer directly (1-2 questions only)

They are saying interviewer told neither positive nor negative about the interview. I don't know why they are saying this

What does everyone think of this... is replying all necessary ? I had a colleague reply all to complain about student evaluations that we had all agreed to complete. The colleague challenged the teachers who had completed the evaluation of a student and demanded that they check other students that had passed (since personally they thought some of those evaluations were questionable)... ALL because it wasn’t fair that this student was not passing.

I hardly see positions advertised on the websites of these firms but there are vacancies that they seem to recruit for through recruiters. What’s the deal here?
