Most agencies I've looked at have an average of about 3 stars and they have really divided reviews. Should Glassdoor reviews be factored in when selecting an agency? Or should you just make a decision based on your own impression of the agency?

Is anyone here familiar with “flexible work week” and/or “half-time pay” for OT? Never heard of half-time pay before until recently, always thought OT was time and half pay. To my understanding even with a flexible work week the OT rate can be time and half pay but it it dependent on the company to determine how much they want to offer as OT. It seems so cheap to me for a company to choose this.
