Typically I think 25% of your pre tax salary is the MAX you should be spending. So $17.5k or $1,4509 per month

Oooof sorry boys I was responding to his first statement on what the max is for his RENT

As a general rule you don’t want to spend more than 30% of your gross income on rent. But I have found 20% net to be comfortable financially.

Hey folks, I’m curious, how does Deloitte define the city tiers? My boutique only has one location so we haven’t dealt with this yet but we’re looking to expand to another city.

Will salaries be automatically adjusted for COL after they do?

Healthcare corporations… please note you have more then 1 shift of workers. You have 3 most times, each shift has to be treated equally. This is and always have been an issue, and you cannot figure out why the other shifts refuse to be active and participate in anything and definitely not engaged anymore.

I have heard of some individuals with remote positions making >K100 with little to no experience in tech or consulting after doing a boot camp or cert?

Hi tax 🐠,

I have a question for those who prep individual tax returns. My parents claim my grandfather as a dependent on their tax return and due to their low income, receive PTC for the premiums they pay on his insurance (not eligible for medicare). However, would it be advantageous to have him file for his own tax return (he stays with my parents and doesn't have his own proof of residency via bills). If so, can he get PTC if his income is 0?
