Congratulations OP. I’m fairly new to this app and trying to locate posts about BCG Platinion. I’m up for SM at D this year and also have an interview lined up at Platinion. Would love to see what BCGers think of Platinion.

What made you decide to do an unsolicited AMA on this topic? Also, are you concerned about transferring to another consulting firm at this level considering you will be reviewed alongside Principals with 4+ years of BCG experience?
@BCG1 - thanks! process felt great overall but it did keep me on my toes! I never knew where I was standing exactly throughout the rounds but I’m happy with the results! Offer came through last week after about 7 weeks between applying and the final round. Recruiters were fantastic in the process and the whole experience was very personable and professional.
Do you have an MBA from a top 10 school? Did you have a referral? Curious what separated yourself from other candidates?
I’m joining as Principal which is SM level. Base is 225, bonus making up a significant portion, basically 2-3 times the bonus potential of Deloitte.

When you say base is $225K, is that inclusive of bonus? Or would bonus be on top of that?
