I received feedback from a firm I interviewed with. Labor & Employment practice, in AMLaw 200. I thought the interview had gone well, and I asked questions that I thought would show my knowledge of the firm and what their plans were for the future considering how fast they’re growing — they said I was woefully unprepared (their words) and “a little time researching online” would have helped me. I’m currently in a role that I began in December 2020 at $21 an hour (42k) I’m a little worried about whether I should stay and try to move up internally or apply to some jobs elsewhere. I’m getting my MBA and I have a bachelors in accounting. With the current market and possibly of recession is it a better idea to stay and tough it out or find a new company to hopefully stay a while and grow my career there? Thanks for any insights! @
