Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM

@other BD folks at Deloitte KPMG EY PwC - how technical are you? I got brought in to sell a tech heavy solution that combines Red Hat, Salesforce, Service Now and I feel like I’m WAY out of my depth. I’m hitting numbers now but still have a heavy dose of imposter syndrome.
Any tips on how to get more technical? Or how to manage as a non-technical person in a very technical space??

Depends on agency/company culture. But there’s a also a happy medium between stylish, modern and casual and full-on blazer, button-down and slacks
I got docked points by a west coast agency years back for wearing a blazer in an interview. Seems pretty standard for traditional NY agencies though
Yeah, no. I’m only interviewing at independents and small network agencies (MDC, etc) and I think I’d get laughed at if I showed up in a blazer
No sir
