Had a phone interview with Avanade and haven’t heard back. The role was for digital sales. The recruiter told me I should hear from them about scheduling another interview within a day or two but I haven’t received anything. I have sent 2 emails to the recruiter and haven’t heard back. Should I assume I’ve been ghosted and move on? I don’t want to annoy them but it would be nice to know if I’ve been rejected or not.
Never going back

I would establish a relationship with a dog sitter and ask them in advance if they’d be willing to be on call around your due date. A neighbor might be a good option in a pinch as well - we unexpectedly had to do that when my second was born.
This is what we did! You could also start using a doggie daycare that does boarding to build a relationship and get your pup comfortable there
After the baby it may be nice to have a place for the dog to go and get energy out anyway! Some days you just need a break
I would say it is not realistic for your husband to be running back in forth while you’re in labor

Rover! I’d recommend just hiring dog walkers if you can. Find one you like in advance and ask them their availability to help in a date range. It’s not super realistic to have your partner leave every few hours - they’ll want to be there for those first moments.
My vet does boarding. I would recommend looking into that.
You will NOT want the dad coming home occasionally to take care of the dog. It will be terrible timing or you won't want him to leave. I'm normally the opposite of clingy but when I was in labor I wouldn't let my husband leave the room for anything, it was a weird instinctual needed-him-there kind of feeling.
