Mamas with dogs, what do you plan tondi with the dog when you are in the hospital? We are new to the city so we don’t have family or close friends around, only colleagues. Since the baby may come any time, it’s hard to arrange a dog sitter ahead of time. Good thing is the hospital is only 10 minutes away. Is it realistic for the dad to come home and checkout the dog every few hours while I am in delivery?

29F. I’ve become burnt out on spending my free time with people I don’t enjoy being around (i.e people who I feel relieved to leave after spending time with them). So I’m 32 weeks. I’m finding it very difficult to breathe and it’s hard to explain. I have normal pregnancy congestion especially at night but throughout the whole day too when I breathe (not congested or through my mouth) it feels like my lungs don’t take in enough oxygen and I don’t feel like I’ve actually taken a breathe, if that makes any sense at all. I’ve also been choking a lot recently not sure if related. Anyone else or am I just weird?

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. I’m at 11 weeks but stopped having nausea, fatigue, and sore breasts. I don’t feel pregnant at all and that wasn’t the case a few days ago. I know it could be normal but I can’t help but assume the worst. Did anyone feel the same way? Is it normal to feel “normal” this early?
