What’s the deal with Eide Bailly wanting references for a behavioral survey before the actual interview even takes place? Don’t want to blast my current manager and co-workers with emails and texts that I’m looking for another job and need them to answer a survey for me. Does this seem weird to anyone else?
I know - that is so wrong. But sometimes Glassdoor states that its an "estimation"...Companies in Texas aren't required to post job salary range, so they don't.
Understandable if it says estimation. However, this particular post is regarding ones that say a specific range in the job posting. Not a generalized estimate. Honestly, it's just beyond irritating to use PTO to interview only to find out they'll never offer what the post says or an amount I would accept
I'm pretty sure that's considered. The overall total rewards, which includes the cost of benefits figure it into your salary. And $18 an hour, hat's $720 a week, Which is just under $38000 a year?
If they list the pay as a base pay plus salary, the base pay range should be the actual base pay range they are willing to offer. Also, I received a complete comp breakdown and all other benefits are far lower than average in my area. This specific company is trash but I have seen this practice become much more common recently. Posting much higher pay rates than they are willing to offer because they think you'll take a lower rate after spending so much time and PTO interviewing.
