Hi everyone! Anyone in PwC’s Value Creation able to help and discuss qualifications required? I’m looking for a role in which I can use my Ops and manufacturing background for topics such as supply chain, cost reduction, performance improvement and Six Sigma to help increase value. I’m looking at the experienced associate level - could anyone refer if there is a match and or need? Also, is this Advisory or Strategy&? Thank you all! PwC

Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

If all you have are shitty banners, work on spec projects to concept and show off what you can do. We’ve all been there. Show a potential new employer what you can do, given the opportunity vs only what you’ve had to do so far.
^ This is exactly how I escaped my first job and got a gig at an agency that let me start concepting and ultimately end up at my dream agency. It’s extra work but so damn worth it (doesnt hurt to leverage those corporate getty accounts too, your work will look pro)

Nothing I’m asked to do in my 50s is any more challenging than what I was doing in my 20s, so I hear you. I just do it much faster now.
You're a junior. This is what juniors are used for.
But, you should be getting some other stuff mixed in. So, don't be afraid to ask to help on pitches or to be put as an extra team on a brief. Closed mouths don't get fed.
“What juniors are used for” such an outdated way of thinking.
I feel you. Lets do something cool on the side
Honestly man, I get it.
A few years ago I had no time to work on things on the side, and financially I was tied to my awful inhouse job.
So I took a job teaching English in Korea for a year.
I had plenty of cash and plenty of spare time which I used to craft my portfolio.
After the year I landed a new job in the business. Today I'm no longer a Junior despite my title on the app. Sitting on a lion and some other nice pieces of metal.
My advice to you, would be to find a similar opportunity, and use every spare second to work on your book. It'll pay dividends if you put the effort in
I loved it.

Sode projects side projects side projects.
Once I doubled my salary and got poached by one of the better shops in town due to one.
Ask to throw things in on a new business pitch. After the big ideas have been cracked CDs will always be happy to get extra activation ideas or whatever to help sell it in.
Do something on the side that is not advertising.
Have you exhausted every option? Like making it known to your CD’s what you’d like to be working on (bigger projects). Or reaching out to your CRM or other CRM’s? I was stuck doing stuff like this too, for a bit, but I carved my own path when I wasn’t being presented with anything. 6 months later, things have certainly changed for the better. Hope this helps. Good luck!
