Rub one out? 🧴🤷‍♂️

FWB + day use hotel.

Ice cream, trash TV

Healthier alternative: a long walk outside, a hot shower, and an early bedtime

Well you’re just pure evil D2

Hookers and blow

Take a good long dump.

As they say… “Boss earns a dollar while I earn a dime, that’s why I s*** on company time”

Half a deep fried pizza, six fried Oreos, a pint of Blue Bell, a side salad, and a liter 'o diet cola to wash it all down

My excessive spending on Seeking.

Pizza 🍕 and chicken 🍗

Walk - music - lifting - all of the above

And by "rough day" you mean more than 90 minutes of actual work right? Or is that just me?

Wine and takeout 🥡 with trash tv

Going for a run with music

Take some pre workout and then lift HEAVY!

Cycle class, wine, and tv dramas

I also had a really rough day today. I’m having a GnT right now, and will treat myself to a dinner at a nice place with my wife.

Going for a long walk and then enjoying a treat - fresh berries, whipped cream and Graham crackers are amazing. I used to drink on stressful days but found overall it made my anxiety worse. If that’s not the case for you maybe a nice glass of wine!

Working out, hot shower, favorite food/dessert
