Kittle (coming back from IR) or Gesicki (vs. Houston)?

I think the 49ers will ease Kittle back from his injury and have him primarily block against the Arizona defense.

However, Miami may primarily run the ball due to the game script vs. Houston.

What do you guy think?

I joined TCS in 2021. I have 17 years of experience. I was offered C3B grade. Somehow I think that my experience and grades are not matching.
Experienced folks in TCS:
1. Can you plz let me know if the grade matching is correct?
2. If not then whom should I contact? How to start the conversations?

Hello Fishes :) I am looking to change my domain from customer service to HR. I have one year experience of CS and operations analyst in natwest. Any leads regarding talent acquisition roles would be appreciated

So you find out you are being underpaid at a job you just started at in comparison to other attorneys at the firm, Do you:

A. Ask for a raise.

B. Accept your current salary and address your compensation package at your performance review in a year

C. Lateral to another firm using the information you have learned.

You may provide an explanation.

Has someone heard about AMS team in Assurance?
Need to know more on it?
Team/ culture /work package for AM?

How do you make sure you find an industry job that comes with the raise you want (within reason) without having to work more than 45 hours a week? One of my clients emails me at 10pm somewhat regularly. Another never leaves/logs off before 9pm for 5 weeks between quarter end and release of the 10-Q. I’d rather stay at B4 with our 6 weeks of time off per year (PTO + summer and winter breaks) rather than go to an industry job with regular long hours and half the PTO. Thoughts?

Hi all,

I am working as a DevOps Engineer for past 3 years and I am interested in moving to cloud. I have cleared my Aws saa exam and planning to search for a cloud related job. How should I approach the job market now... What kind of things interviewers will be expecting from me if I want to switch to cloud. Please enlighten me.

I recently joined a film production company as a production assistant with all these huge expectations. I have to say, all that glitters is not gold. I am only assigned tasks that no one else wants to do, but at least I'm learning a lot. What tips would you give those who are entirely new to the film industry and want to make the most of it?

What’s the recommended way to stagger applications? I’m planning on applying to 5-6 of the M7. Is submitting 5 R1 applications crazy? Or should I just do my top 2-3 choices R1 and then wait for results?

Does anyone have experience of taking up a role play panel interview with Gartner?

I'm looking for non-prescription alternatives to Adderall. Has anyone tried Adrafinil? Thoughts? Also open to more herbal/natural alternatives.

Today was day 3 without Adderall (1st work day) & I felt extremely tired and sleepy all day. Any ideas on how to make my detox go easier? My 1 cup of Starbucks cold brew was useless lol

Additional Posts in Salary Negotiations

I recently learned that a contracted associate (who I supervised, but I didn’t have visibility on their salary) earned 2x my salary over a 6 month contract, and at 30hrs/ week. First, is this normal? Second, how do I use this information to renegotiate my salary? (My employer of 5 years doesn’t know I learned about the contract details. )

I need help in negotiating a sign on bonus for senior level position please

Currently looking for a job in Frankfurt, Germany. Attended an interview and it went well. I asked for 65k-70k. Recruiter denied quoting avg salary for QA automation engineer is 45-65k. Want to know what's the avg salary provided I have good technical knowledge which the company needs at the moment.

Need some data points fellow 🐠 what’s base/TC look like for finance sr mgr at Microsoft in HCOL with 10+ YOE? Recruiter said $140 base is midpoint but wondering how much they’ll negotiate.

I have another offer on the table for a non tech company: 190k base, 50k sign on, 50k bonus

Really hoping MS will offer something similar 🤞🏽

I'm working in Brisbane as a Marketing Coordinator and only make 60k per annum. Not sure if I should switch careers to Testing. But there are no entry level jobs for tester, everyone is asking for an experience. But the marketing pays really low.

Does anyone know of any roles with good pay in Marketing or entry level test analyst roles in Brisbane?

The job listing has a salary range of 102-182k, when I spoke to recruiter she said it’s 145-155k. I didn’t mention I saw a different range on the listing. Is she trying to low ball me ? Does the range on the listing mean much ?

Originally interviewed for Community Relations Coordinator for set asking salary of $65k. Now owner wants to change title to Branch Manager, increased responsibilities, but primarily still CRC role. Same salary and now will decrease to $50k after one year with an increasing commission rate. The idea behind this is motivation to earn more than set salary. At this point, I need the income and am not planning on staying longer than the year, if that. Is it worth negotiating? Any advice welcome.

I am a senior dental ceramist and I am getting downward wage pressure from potential dental labs. I tell them my number and it is keeping with the top wage offered in their advertising but the labs seem to collude with each other with the salaries offered. The more I interview the more undesirable the jobs become- “we are a 6 on quality” ugh who wants to work for a 6?!? “We misclassify workers as independent contractors”. “We insist you punch out for lunch or be docked 45 minutes punitively”.

Anyone in the AML/Compliance field? I have been an analyst/investigator for almost 3 years and have moved up with small salary increase two times ($5k in total over 2.5 years). I have a CAMS certification and have been on multiple projects while always meeting or exceeding expectations. I feel like my company pays fairly low compared to the rest of the industry but don’t want to be greedy as I am continuing to move up.

I'm currently working as a learning specialist/trainer for a large organization for the past 8 years, making a literal over $53,000. The past two years I have been training new employees training courses that last 5 weeks. My department is transitioning to a platform where they want learning specialists to create content and short learning videos to support the business line and I assume eventually replace the training. I wanted to get some feedback on appropriate salary negotiations. Thanks!

Hey guys, how much will be the salary range for a Environmental Engineer with less than 5 years experience.

Does anyone know how much should a billing analyst with 7 years of experience should be paid in Canada?

So I work for a multimillion dollar company
Here’s my dilemma. I started as a temp in the traffic department as a scheduler in April of 2021. I was making 44K a year with ZERO benefits.
I applied for a different position in logistics and got the job! BUT is came with a HUGE pay cut. I went from making 44K a year to 32K. I work my butt off and feel like I should be making more for my responsibilities. I’ve only been here a year but I do more than I should.
Is it too soon to renegotiate my pay?

I have been with my company for 19 months now. Last month I received a discretionary bonus but I feel now I should ask my manager to renegotiate my salary. Is there anyway of getting through the subject in a nice, professional manner?

How long does it take Google to get back to you after your first technical phone interview ?

Hi everyone. Currently I work as a tipped employee, but I’m interviewing for a salary art gallery job and the annual pay is about half what I’m making at a restaurant! How do I negotiate that without seeming greedy? Or do I even say anything? Help (it’s my first salary job)

What can I negotiate on a contract offer? Current offer is $75 per hour full time, healthcare is not a consideration because of my spouses healthcare. They want me to start ASAP but are ok if I start 15JAN23 if I needed since then I could have the 10 paid holiday days from my current company. Can I negotiate a signing bonus since I am missing out on my bonus? It’s a PM role in Biotech and I am their ideal candidate and the hiring manager loves me.

I received a verbal offer today for a Denials Analyst position. I asked for an offer letter or anything in writing but they said they were unable to do so if I haven’t yet accepted the position. Is this normal?

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
