I currently make $90k with a great wlb, support systems, and colleagues. Im also set to get promoted this January which will bring me to $108,000 (no bonuses). I got an offer from Slalom Consulting for $115,000 + 8% bonus and I don't know if I should take it. Any thoughts? Happy to provide more details in the comments

Level 6 at Amazon.
Level 7 at Amazon would be director level equivalent with the big 4
What level manager? Services line? What type of work do you currently focus on?
M4, Digital
Level 5 or Level 6. Can’t really map, levels at Amazon are wider (also comp wise).
I wouldn't say level 5. Level 5 at Amazon is equivalent to either a new-hire MBA grad or entry-level person who got promoted. I would say come in as an L6 if you're a young manager in terms of experience. If you're a very experienced manager, then L7. I was an L4 manager at Amazon after graduating college and was promoted to L5 after about 1.5 years
Also with the exception of new graduates, Amazon *will* place you a bit lower than the position you previously had. Just their working model to get you really working because that's the Amazon hustle
