When do y’all start looking for jobs—when you’re fed up or do you always keep your eyes peeled. I ask because I realize there are different approaches out there. I cleared the Interview for SDET in Oracle today in the Manager discussion, He asked about the Expectations and I told 25 lpa, He said we cant pay that much as Your current is 14.7.
I said I can be flexible and minimum i can go for is 22 Lpa as i have another offer of 25 but considering oracle brand value i am ready to go settle but he said I can't offer you this much and left the zoom call. So How much oracle is offering for SDET of 8 Years of Experience?
