This is my first time working with a client using the COSO framework. Before elevating my inquiry to my seniors, I would like to confirm my understanding of how this exercise works.
Prior working papers are telling me that client should establish its compliance with the five components of the framework, correct? How rigid should I be in performing this?
To be fair, I was provided with a reading material but it’s a pretty hefty read.
Thanks for any responses!

Recently had Flighty recommended to me on the App store. I've used it the last couple of flights for clients and the updates have been a huge time saver. It can also map out all the flights you've ever taken. Pretty cool seeing how many miles I've done across all airlines. Also kind of sad to see how many DAYS I've spent stuck on a plane flying to a client site.
Definitely recommend checking it out: www.flightyapp.com/

Reach out to her and see if everything is okay. Would start there before expanding it to how you have concerns over project delivery.
This!
Call/text her as a friend
CC her manager on a follow up
Yeah of course. Wouldn’t want to throw her under the bus.
Does she have kids? She may need a different meeting time. It’s really hard to work 9-5 and childcare at the same time.
I’d give her a call as a human and tell her you’re concerned about her. Ask if you can help or if there is anything else you should be doing.
Check-in and put a quick recurring meeting for few days to get her sign-off on critical work. I’ll admit that there were a few days in April where I went into a complete dark and gloom state, disengaging from my work and team in a way I’ve never had before. Thankfully I snapped out of it, but I imagine many people are experiencing much worse and struggling to keep head above water.
I am sorry to hear- it is a very foreign feeling, I now have a lot more understanding for people who deal with depression/anxiety. I perhaps experienced a millisecond of it compared to what some deal with on a continuous basis. I certainly hope your good days return and outnumber the bad ones.
Maybe suggest a daily 30 min touchbase to sync up during a time that is consistently available for both of you. I think it’s reasonable to expect everyone’s schedules to be a bit weird these days, so maybe some realignment could help.
I agree with this approach and also recommend to frame it as you need her support to understand expectations and timelines better and want to stay in lock step with her. Make it less about her being more responsive and not getting things done. This should help take the awkwardness out of this request if she think you are just asking for her guidance/expertise.
Stop caring so much
I wish I could but I genuinely care about her well-being and our project! Probably need to care a bit less but that’s not who i am lol
