Hello, does anyone work as an auto underwriter for insurance? I recently got accepted for an internal job position and was offered $50k. I’m currently a claim processor making $20/hour so the offer is more than what i’m making but is low in comparison to the average salary for an auto underwriter in AZ (which is around $58k). I believe because the company knows how much i’m making they lowballed me. Any tips on how to navigate the salary negotiation and can u share ur salary ?

Table A escalated to a fight and had to be both separated and asked to leave. Who is right?

Between work and sleep, I’ll always choose sleep. Specially after working (or at least staring at laptop) for over 12 hours. Hats off to all those who say they work 16 hrs a day and are in mid 30s 🙄
