Does anyone else get post pandemic “get back to normal” anxiety?? I want everyone to be healthy and happy and the suffering over Covid to end. But I can’t go back to “normal” life. I can’t go back to the life of an overflowing calendar being glorified. I feel like I’m sinking deep into an introvert lifestyle, which is not the bubbly, busy, and extroverted person people know me to be. But I’m scared of what the post pandemic social expectations will be and not being able to keep up.
