Ready to pull the plug - I think I want to try being a recruiter. I’d love to hear others’ experiences transitioning and how you like it now. Also if you’re able to make similar to your big law pay (junior associate level). You always see people saying they are doing crazy well, but I have to imagine that’s not everyone. Any pitfalls to watch for? Advice on finding such a job and picking a good recruiting firm?
