I am holding an offer from SAP SDC for 50% hike on my current base. I understand the hike % at Deloitte in May won't be as high as 50%.

Thinking of making the switch to SAP. However, I'm a bit perturbed as I've built a great network here with Ms and SMs. Shall I ask Deloitte to match the CTC being offered by SAP?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

I’m on a project where the senior analyst on my team constantly asks me for an update on when a report will be done. The offshore team is creating the report and knows the timing better than me. I tell them to connect with them to get a better understanding of timing and the analyst then asks me to connect with them which annoys tf out of me bc if you want the info, go get it from the source. How do I kindly tell them to go and ask herself?

Just had to vent a little. It’s only week 1 of my new project and I’m exhausted working with my analyst colleague. She’s super super super intense to the point where she asks me what I’m working on & when I’ll be done with something I said I’ll do even in the evenings. I love her initiative and willingness to go above and beyond but I wish she would just focus on her work stream and leave me TF alone when it’s after 7pm if it’s not urgent. I’m stressed even just thinking about tomorrow with her

So this consultant reporting to me is very smart and capable but the way he talks sounds very “cocky” and not very “sweet”. Client seems to like him a lot. What can I do to roll him off ?

I recently got a job offer at a smaller company. They said the range was $85,000 to $120,000. When I got my offer letter it was $93,000 and no sign on bonus possible. 🫠

I feel like I’m getting low balled. The position is a senior business system analyst role with a lot of responsibilities.

The job had also been posted for 2 months and they seem really happy to have me. Is asking for $105,000-$110,000 doing too much? Any suggestions for a “respectable counter offer”?
