Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.
CCTC - 6LPA
YOE - 5
It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

If you want to leave, I’d suggest leaving now rather than waiting for SM. If you only have 6 YOE, my guess would be you just became manager. It’ll take you at least 4 more years to hit SM which isn’t worth the wait unless you want to become a partner.
The job opportunities for a M vs SM don’t really change much so it’s better to get out now and try to move up in your new role over the next 4 years.
This! No point waiting…and if it turns out the grass is greener I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult to boomerang back
