Working remotely for a tech co and still can't get over how much more time I get to spend with my kids. To be honest, this alone is worth so much more than money can buy. For those who plan well, I really think exiting can be worth it if family is a priority. It's really helped my marriage also, I'm a lot kinder to my wife with way less stress.

How does HR/Comp at your companies feel about disclosing salary ranges to candidates? I know pretty much all of my peers feel it would make the candidate's experience better and our jobs easier, since no one would be wasting their time. I've heard some arguments in favor of not disclosing, and there is a certain degree of logic behind some of them, but I'm wondering what those arguments at your companies, and if it's something you feel is warranted or not.

I would love to stay RPO and ideally full cycle, but technically have only about 9 months exp, though I had years of high profile public relations and event planning experience before becoming a stay at home parent 10 years ago. Any recommendations for an RPO that would take a chance on someone like me? Mix of overqualified, but also very under qualified?

Pros and cons of working In-House, Agency or Retained Search firms. Thinking of a transition from in-house startups to another TA model.

Looking for advice! Currently the only recruiter for a SaaS tech company managing about 20-25 open roles at a time, all senior level. Current pay is $65,000 base + 5% bonus. Looking to ask for a raise as I feel I am not being fairly compensated but curious to see what others in the market are making in order to state my case.
