Managers who provide red comments just to fill up the space with comments and not be helpful/provide actual direction on what you want... you can go suck on something.

IMO anyone who puts multiple question marks or exclamation points after a review comment should be immediately removed from their management position. Don’t. Be. A. Dick.

doesn't help if it's clear that you're just creating more work, not actually making the product better.
It's infuriating and I have to put a goddamn smile on my face just cause you're trying to be nice (while passive aggressively asserting you're the smartest person in the room).
Why don't you just edit the damn thing the way you want it?

Because you’ll never learn if you I don’t take the extra time it takes to explain, and that’ll prevent you from advancing. It’s an apprenticeship.

It’s a lot easier for me to just to make changes myself.

I have felt the same way in my career. Can’t completely comment not knowing the exact feedback you’re seeing, but food for though: the seemingly pointless nit picking may force you to reassess what you’ve written / presented. Maybe your work is crystal clear to you but they want to make sure it’s clear to everyone. Broadly speaking, I got over that frustration as I realized over time that those nits led to me working more efficiently and needing less guidance, and fewer edits. Next thing I knew I was leading and providing feedback. To P1’s point I could make the edits myself, but if you go through the exercise it’s more benefit to you long term.

How does your spouse react during busy season? So I told my spouse its end of year I'm going to be working every day including weekends long hours for the next 2 weeks. Are there actually recruiters in here?

Anyone like that some employees refuse to work weekends or over 40 hours a week in PA? Sure it’s challenging right now, but I think the future of PA could be significantly improved because if they don’t then there wouldn’t be that many people that will go into the profession? Sure you have India, AI and machine learning, but you still need people to teach and review. Thoughts?

Help! My husband and I are going to Miami in a couple weeks and am feeling totally stumped on what to wear. It’s our first getaway in YEARS given the pandemic + having 2 small kids. I feel like I have no idea where to shop anymore, or how to put together a cute date night outfit that also feels age appropriate (late 30s). We’re staying in south beach and I know ppl dress up at night - any ideas would be much appreciated!!
