Every time I gain few pounds, I get a pregnancy test bc for some reason I can’t believe it’s my poor diet that’s making my belly look the way it looks. Once I see I’m obviously not pregnant, I get a long term burst of motivation to stick to a healthy diet and the gym. This has happened 3 times

Work from home has been great for many reasons, but the confession part of this post is how much a loud, disorganized, chaotic environment raises my stress levels. I’ve realized that I can be so much more productive in a quiet home office. But I know some people like the “energy” of a corporate office.

My girlfriend is truly an amazing and selfless person but there are a ton of tiny things that have built up. My normal reaction is just to internalize them and move on
