Grades don’t matter, especially if your school has grade non disclosure

like

Unfortunately do not have grade non-disclosure

Grades don’t matter even if grades are disclosed. I promise you this. Except I’ve heard in some rare instances in banking, other than that they matter 0%. I just graduated in June.

I am a PwC DDV senior. New to fishbowl. I am looking to switch to other similar DDV practices at EY Deloitte Accenture EY-Parthenon etc. I am not looking for a title bump necessarily just done with DDV at PwC however. I am in MCOL city, MBA. I would really appreciate guidance on comps at other places in their DDV practices. Mostly just interested in base comp. It’s fine if I don’t get a pay raise, not eager on a pay cut though. I have 2 years DDV experience and I am very good at casing. Tysm 💜

When should I tell my team I’m leaving for MBA? We’re short staffed and been trying to hire a peer role to help me out for literally 3+ months now (this job market is crazy rn). I’d give them a 2 months notice to give them time to hire a replacement but I’m not sure if I should do this in March, that way I can have a free summer (I’ll be good on savings by then), or tell them later so that I can work/save more. Mostly just feeling bad because I know it’s going to take months to hire new.

Have you ever experienced a SM/M give negative feedback at because of something beyond your control, like you didn’t have bandwidth to support them 100% but supported hours as much as you could yet they held it against you. Or some anecdotal (non-performance) based review which your coach told you about? I don’t mean to sound paranoid but I do feel egos exist in our organization and during performance reviews exert “power”. Please offer views/stories if in support or contrary to this opinion.
