I have given an interview with Infosys on 2nd July and currently in portal it shows the status as 'Review in Progress' .Could any one let me know how many days it usually takes to get an update or does this mean they are interviewing other candidates for the same role .I have mailed the HR but no response from him.
Appreciate your comments/ suggestions on the same.

Why is this bowl so dead ?
There IS a real sacrifice in salary. I loved working in nonprofit but given the state of the world 75k could not keep my family afloat.
Me: E-mail Marketing Manager, 6 years experience, work in DTC making about 105k with yearly bonus. Boston Area. Hybrid.
Marketing Manager, 10 years of experience doing all things digital, social, paid ads, event and content marketing. Work for a recruitment firm in the tech/VC industry. Remote company, largely based on the west coast. $80K base, not sure what bonus will be bc I’ve only been here 6 months.
Exactly! Know your worth and always be interviewing. It’s definitely an acquired skill and I doubled my salary in four years just by job-hopping. It’s common in marketing, especially in tech, and don’t get caught up in the optics. Spin it as though you’re a growth marketer who helps companies achieve success.

Marketing Director, 12 YOE (mostly in-house for startups), Austin TX, $165k
It's worth noting that US roles tend to make at least 20k more than the same roles in Canada - and that's not even including the conversion. Not sure why but this has always been the market.

Second data point google/bing paid manager in my company 130k/65K RSUs. Social paid manager 116K same equity. Social media manager typically refers to organic posting & engagement & would be sub 6fig outside of large, social first companies. If you’re managing ad buy and ad strategy, you should be over 100K, if you’re managing media buyers & working on strategy, budget & reporting you should be over 125K.
