I'm a 4th year Senior Manager managing a team of 4 senior managers, and then a pyramid underneath that, plus 4 scrum teams offshore. I sold $12M of work but that was just mostly extensions. I'm finding it hard to delegate and still deliver with quality. I have no free time for sales. I keep getting involved in high visibility +1s but that aren't sales focused. I kind of feel like I'm in a rut and not living up to my fullest potential, even though I want to make MD/Partner.

I have received a offer letter from Deloitte USI. It has no mention that I will be joining Deloitte Core business operations. It was mentioned in the letter of intent mail I had received prior.

Is this how it is for everyone? .. They don't mention this(Core business operations) in the offer letter?
