If you need a mattress ur not working hard enough
I recently upgraded to a Stearns and Foster mattress with an adjustable base and it is a game changer. I will never want a bed that can’t adjust again. My hips feel better each morning and I haven’t had restless leg syndrome while my legs are elevated.
I love my purple mattress
We just bought a purple a few weeks ago. We went with 3" grid. I felt the 4" grid was too soft, and the 2" a bit too firm. Both husband and I have back issues, and our sleep quality has improved immensely.
Adjustable bed is great, especially when sick and needing to sleep more so sitting up. More of a pain in the ass if you ever move houses/apts but the bases that move that are split in half horizontally instead of vertically seem to be better. Mattress wise, I’ve been looking into nectar and Casper.
Room&Board is a zillion times better than Casper. My lower back and hip pain have dramatically reduced since we changed over.
Serene foam & coil. Genuinely bummed that they don’t invest more heavily in marketing, ‘cause it’s crazy good quality and if we hadn’t sat down on one while shopping for other furniture we never would’ve known.
Love our Nectar. Took me a bit, but I am finally able to sleep without any of the additional pillows and supports I used to use.
Following… have really bad back pain and my toddler is still in bed with me (dont judge) Looking for a mattress thats not too firm!!
I'm a big fan of zinus products on Amazon.
Purple was a great pick for my wife and I. More comfortable and better on my back. It's a little different and could feel weird at first but I love it. Came with a great bundle of pillows, sheets, etc.
I will say this too - a million times better for couples than memory foam. You get some bounce-back like a trampoline/waterbed effect.
Following! Also dealing with back pain, and shoulder pain. So far these answers have been v helpful!
our avocado is amazing!
The fruit? I agree ☝️
We have a firm Saatva mattress on a regular platform frame and love it.
I love my avocado mattress
I take sleep seriously. My advice, spend more and buy a mattress from an well known quality company and skip all of these new, mattress in a box companies like purple.
Go with higher end stearns and foster, tempurpedic, stealy, or better.
Absolutely love my Tempurpedic. Took what Mattress Firm said was a floor model to get a 50% discount, but it didn't come in the red bag they said it would as a floor model. Either way it's still great. Definitely recommend the ones that can change positions too, great for reading, watching TV, or trying new angles.
Had a Purple for about a month, mattress was fine but I could feel the squares in it more than I'd like (3") and it hung over the edges of the platform base we got for it too - which Purple said is expected.
Avocado mattress is endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association! It’s helped my back so much
I think my Casper is great but have also never owned a Tempurpedic etc.
Still have back and shoulder pain but think this will be resolved soon w/ standing desk and better office chair setup rather than mattress
