Uber recruiter reached out to me about a Strategy Ops Manager role. They asked me my compensation requirement and stated the base is 90k, which is less than what I’m currently making at a lower level. Are they lowballing me? Should I continue with the interviewing anyways and try to negotiate in later stages?
How to deal with Imposter Syndrome? I worked pretty hard to upskill and got an offer which is paying me more than double in a reputed organization. I have joining in the next month, There is one fear inside me which is telling you will be exposed when you are in the next org as you don't have the skills like others. Frankly speaking I somehow gathered the the surface knowledge of the techs I would be working to crack the interview. Yoe- 2 Wipro Tata Consultancy Deloitte Accenture Infosys

Yup, always print out one copy for each interviewer just in case. You don’t want to be in a situation where you’re asked for one and have to say you don’t have any.
Staples my friend.
Fedex.
They should have it, but i would print it it out man. It’s rare, but it’ll be super awkward if they don’t have it on them.
Always take resume. Best of luck!
Had a “stress” interview with a trading firm where they intentionally didn’t bring one.. always be prepared (I was).
Just do it. Do you really want this job? Do you want something as stupid as he didn't come prepared to be the tie breaker between you and another candidate? Chances are you won't need a copy, but you never know.
I feel like the organization would have provided it to the interviewer
My interviewer ended up not having theirs. I brought print outs.
I do it through habit.
