Help, I made a mistake! A recruiter emailed me and I agreed to a phone interview. I did little research on the company and none on the salary… (I know my mistake) One of the first questions I was asked was about compensation to which I answered 45k-50k. (to quote the recruiter this is a “upper level entry level job”) the recruiter told me the base is $45,500. I got home, did research, and found the company paying the same position 55k on Glassdoor.
