Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

PwC won't pay for you to relocate, but you should have no issue moving...
Office transfers in the US rarely don't happen unless you're trying to go somewhere with no one in your practice or there would be a huge increase in travel cost. For example, a second year Associate that wants to go from NYC to Boise with no one in their practice there might not happen for a host of reasons but most other cases will. Note that if you are going to a less expensive cost of living market, you may see a lower raise next year as you're reset to the lower cost tier.
Sorry P1 that's what I meant. I've received mixed reactions when asking whether I could just switch home cities. Is it that simple?
Who are you asking? Just tell HR which office you want to move to and as long as you're still somewhere with a good sized airport AND you don't mind traveling every week if needed, there shouldn't be an issue...
Just folks on projects - your logic is what I've figured
I moved with PwC, it's possible. I went DC > LA
It's quite easy. P1 is right, just tell HR and they should sort it out.
