Ladies, how would you handle a male coworker who’s openly condescending, argumentative, and dismissive in 99% of interactions? He has laughed at my response to other coworkers, cut me off rudely while talking, and is generally very negative towards anything the team says. Account leadership has already spoken with him numerous times about his behavior.

Anyone have really bad trouble falling asleep? Both me and my roomie (she’s a consultant at Deloitte) have been experiencing the same thing where we are mentally exhausted but won’t be able to fall asleep until about 1AM. I go to bed around 11:30, her a little bit earlier. We’re both analysts and I’m wondering if it’s just stress / anxiety about the next day? Any tips / recommendations would be super helpful.

Is it normal to have your resume used to help with a proposal on a deal? I got an email about this. I’m assuming they want to use my resume to sell a deal but maybe not work on the project. It came from an MD. If someone could break down how this works, l would appreciate it.
