I have dual certifications as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, with 8 yrs Banking experience. 24F, moving to NY for a year or so for work. Originally, I was looking in WV, Chelsea, Soho etc to live more downtown, ideally in a luxury building. While I can afford it, I travel a lot personally and am having a hard time justifying the high rent if I’m going to be in and out. Trying to decide if I should find a roommate for the more downtown spots, or go to UWS, really liked it and could be cheaper? For people who travel a lot and live in NY, which neighborhoods and how do you budget?
