That definitely sucks. But sounds better than pre-pandemic. Imagine working almost that much and still having to dress up and commute. And it is harder to get yelled at or publicly criticized when, due to working remote, everyone spends less time in public and extra work is needed to contact someone.

I'm not at all surprised. This is exactly how I always pictures IB and always said there is no way I could hack it. Not even if I could get $1 mil in a year and peace out.
So what is the point of the article. Were there supposed to be concrete, significant changes after the 2015 suicide?
I think this is abhorrent, but I never expected to see a change in capitalist America unless the pay and prestige dropped enough to stop being an attractive enough offer for people. On another note, aren't a lot of Wall Street types known for doing hard drugs?
