I have a question for recruiters regarding background checks. If we are working 2 jobs what does that look like in the background check or in the credit check they do? Is it something that shows up on there? Or does only one job show up? I believe our income and company shows up on our credit reports as well since lenders see that when we apply for like a mortgage but if it only shows one employer name does it combine both income numbers on there as well? Does being a contractor hide this?

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. How do I ask for pay parity with peers? External hires of course make a higher base, but some reps that have been moved up are making a higher base due to starting higher when hired as SDRs. I am a top 10% rep in the org, so do I approach it based on performance or parity? Also I know better than to name drop, but is it acceptable to admit that I know what my peers make when making the ask?
